FinDep Consult is a boutique finance advisory firm based in Milan, providing high-quality accounting and finance expertise to international groups operating in Italy.

We specialise in interim finance leadership and targeted finance services during critical phases of a company’s life cycle, particularly in cross-border post-M&A situations, as well as start-up, scale-up and transformation contexts.

This focus reflects a structural reality of the Italian market. Local finance functions are typically strong in statutory accounting and compliance, yet they are often not designed to support phases that require speed, structure and decision-ready information, whether in cross-border post-M&A contexts, rapid growth, organisational transformation or the build-up of new operations.

In these situations, traditional advisory models and standard outsourcing approaches are rarely sufficient. What is required instead is hands-on finance leadership, capable of structuring finance processes, reporting and governance in line with the needs of management and investors, while operating effectively within Italian accounting, tax and operational realities.

Founder and Professional Background

FinDep Consult was founded by Anastasia Aleksenko, ACCA Fellow and Italian CPA, a fully qualified professional accountant in Italy with a strong track record of delivering financial clarity, control and value in complex international environments.

Throughout her career, Anastasia steps into senior finance leadership roles at moments when organisations face pressure, uncertainty or structural change, including rapid growth, international expansion, private-equity ownership and cross-border post-M&A integration.

In each assignment, her mandate is clear: turn fragmented or compliance-driven finance setups into decision-ready finance functions. Companies gain structured reporting aligned with Group logic, transparent cash and performance visibility, and financial information that management and investors can actually use to steer the business.

In post-M&A situations in Italy for UK and international groups, this consistently translates into restored trust in numbers, faster decision-making and stronger control over performance and value creation. Finance moves from being a source of friction to a stabilising force and a driver of alignment between local operations and Group expectations.
